We design and develop 3-axis CNC systems for precise and niche micro-machining applications on Polymer based substrates. The system operates on a real-time operating system, and has an in-built FPGA based controller for motion control and input/output pins.
The machine has a repeatability of
±5µm, and minimum resolution of 10µm. Based on customer's requirement, we can retrofit either a stepper based system of a 3-phase BLDC based system for smoother control and torque requirement.
